Terms of use
Last updated October 2026
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Wearsday, you agree to these terms. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
2. Your content
The photos and details you add stay yours. You give Wearsday permission to process them only to provide the app's features, as described in the Privacy section.
3. Style suggestions
Outfit, weather and packing suggestions are generated automatically and are meant as inspiration. They may occasionally be inaccurate, and we can't guarantee they suit a particular dress code or event.
4. Wearsday Pro
The free plan includes up to 30 pieces, one look a day and one trip a month. Wearsday Pro removes these limits and is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription; the yearly plan may include a free trial. Prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm and may vary by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
5. Community
An account is only needed for the community. Looks, names, photos and comments you share there are visible to anyone using Wearsday, and you give us permission to host and show them in the app until you delete them or your account. Share only what's yours to share.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree to follow the Community guidelines; we review reports within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break them, without notice.
6. Availability
Some features rely on internet services, such as weather, outfit suggestions and the community. We may change or discontinue features, and the app is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law.
